Estates that cannot afford a bad weekend

Banks, insurers, telecoms and logistics groups — organisations where a migration that loses mail is a regulatory conversation rather than an inconvenience.

Why enterprises

The evidence is the product

A migration that works is not the hard part. The hard part is being able to show, a year later, exactly what moved, what did not, who approved each write into the tenant, and when.

Every write is recorded with actor, object and timestamp in an append-only log. Not because a customer asked for it, but because the one who eventually does will ask at the worst possible moment.

Where we are

Working across East and West Africa. Close enough to be in the room for a cutover weekend, which for this kind of work still matters more than it should.
